works quite well for reducing high levels of anxiety.

can make you physically tired (due to serotonin)

if you miss more than 3 days without tablets then you get dizzy and have mood swings, so take regularly

May feel unwell in first couple of weeks of starting, but this subsides after 2 weeks or so.

Side effects have generally been preferable to anxiety.
