I have recently been diagnosed with GAD. I find the physical symptoms worse. I didn't even know it was anxiety. I thought they were asthma attacks as I am Asthmatic and that what it feels like The gagging, choking, and gasping for air.
The most frustrating symptoms is feeling like I am walking in a dream all day long. I do not feel like myself and have a constant dull headache!
I have just started on Cipralex. Anyone with positive experiences with this?
