Anyone help feel horrible like me head not hear feel really dizzy and sick making me panic

Please can anyone help I feel really sick my heads feels really wired and fuzzy and I feel dizzy it's horrible I really really hate this so much

It is the most awful feeling .. But quite common in anxiety.. Not that , that helps .. Make sure you're drinking enough water .. Eating properly and resting as best you can .. Get your ears checked out..just to rule that out .. It will pass .. Or come and go .. But try not to panic it won't harm you other than it being very unpleasant.. If it gets much worse tho do see someone..
