I think my health anxiety is getting worse and worse. And also my physical pain in whole body and dizziness is really bad these days. I am not happy at all, I want to run away from this situation 😢😢😢

I understand where you're coming from I actually just went to the emergency room yesterday for the dizziness they did lots of test on me and couldn't determine the reason I guess it just is us I don't know . I do not like this feeling at all it's like I'm in a haze or something or in a dream like state .
