Forgot to add, has anyone had anxiety but then found out your hormones are out of whack? I guess I should get blood test to see?!

My anxiety always tends to act up more around my period time. It never fails! It's awful!

Hi, I asked pharmacist if there was anything natural to help with anxiety that's basically taking over my life and he said I should get my hormones checked​. I think it isn't hormones just stress from life that's gotten the best of me. I think we all need a long timeout from life and that would help for sure!
