Already starting to feel the anxiety creeping in. Probably doesnt help that Im fixin to start my monthly period. Any women have worse symptoms during that time of the month????

Yes i just have my period today 1 week before im so drained of body pain, numbness, tingling all over the head and everyday. I had anxiety attacks and i take 2 tablets of propanolol morning and night. And i take a tablet when i know anxiety starts to creeps in

I started mine as well yesterday and it seems to flare up more when it starts. I also notice leg pain during the first few days of my period and it freaks me out.
