I have had this bad thing I can't swallow for about 5 yrs and sometimes it last for 1 hr and other times 20 mins. I know I just THINK! to Much!
Welcome! I have generalized anxiety, makes doing simple things in daily life a bit harder. I hope everything goes well for you! I just had finals.
