Saying one thing and meaning another

Does anyone ever say the wrong word for something not all the time but sometimes ? Like sock for shoe etc, I do this mostly with the kids? But now I'm worried and conscious about it .. like there's something wrong with me.

Nothing wrong with you!! I do that sometimes and we just have a laugh about it. Silly mistake, dont be so hard on yourself!

When my anxiety levels are up I trip over my words and mix them up especially if I'm tired or very busy. I've read that it is very common with people who suffer from anxiety.
