My back is killing me and my sides had it all day and it won't go a way all the pain I have had is doing my head in having pain all throw the day and night it don't matter what I do to relax it don't work

Hi have you pulled Yourself? Or you could have a urine or kidney infection or it could be your posture or just your anxiety because when your anxious we tend to tense our bodies a lot which can cause back and side pain...go to your gp if your worried to put your mind at ease but I'm sure it will something minor.take care

I have got my gp on Friday I have stopped smoking for 8weeks and all the pain started 2weeks ago

Well done for quitting that's fabulous it probably all the nicoti e coming out your system I remember when I quit my back was on fire I was in constant pain for a few months I had chest pains infections then it eased after a while Mike1978
