When i laydown in bed pressure on my chest

when im laingdown in bed i feel pressure and pain on my chest that i can also feel it on my arms then i rush back up to sit up and its not there anymore but its a really bad pain where my heart is im a male it hurts bad i could feel my heart beating slow to probably because i took a beta blocker yesterday but idk im getting chest pains thats painful then goes away its only when im layingdown at times and also when sometimes when im up i dont get this stuff

I think You should get a second opinion from a different doctor. Are you able to do that?
