Motorway fog

I just drove on the motorway for about 45 minutes. My head felt foggy throughout the drive. I have a slight headache now.

I wish I could just rub my eyes and the fog would disappear. I have to keep my AC on full blast in the car just to keep me alert, along with the music on loud.

I feel the same. I think I have agarophobia against me as well right now so driving just sets off all that anxiety. The air conditioner and music does help as well as deep breathing.
