Feels like heart stops

Last few days having heart Pulps and I can actually feel my heart stop then bang it starts again . Is this normal ? After it happens my heart speeds up ??

Palpitations are VERY common symptoms of anxiety/panic. If they're very bothersome it wouldn't hurt to express this to your pcp if you haven't done so already. Sometimes the peace of mind from the doctor is enough to get you feeling better!

Thanx , they are just so annoying and when it feels the heart stops that's scary

Have this every single night when I'm in bed, usually one or two per minute! It's incredibly annoying yes, but completely harmless physically 😊 Spoke to my doctor when it started and he assured me that (having got the all clear heart health wise) it's all just part of the endless "fun" that is an over-stressed body!

I think just some reassurance helps . I hate the feeling
