So, i developed anxiety around this time last year and its made me be sick in front of my friend's, made me ditch them due to me feeling anxious and just make me humiliate myself in front of people due to me having anxiety. But this week i seem to be getting anxious from my own house. Laying on the floor and constantly feeling sick. I really want to attend a performamce by a friend in a few days but im afaird i may not be able to. I just want to know how can i possibly overcome this growing anxiety. Its litteraly taking over my life and i don't want it to... Thank you everyone. (Any suggestions for me to buy anything to make me cope with this anxiety would be appreciated).

I've been watching some self help videos on YouTube that talk about stopping panic attacks before they get out of control and understanding our triggers and overcoming negative mind sets. Hope this helps 😊
Look into meditation. That is if you don't want to take pills. You can even try natural supplements. You have an iPhone? There's an app called insight timer meditation and there's tons of things there for anxiety. You can try essential oils too. Aroma therapy.
