Chest congestion

Does anyone suffer from chest congestion. I rushed to emergency yesterday and ecg shows normal and doctor says its because of gas. Does anyone face congestion as a symptom of anxiety. please give me some suggestions

Congestion can be a symptom of anxiety , not sure why but so many I have read have had it including myself , as well as stomach issues making to much gas which I think when we have anxiety we gulp a lot of air in which could be that cause but please be reassured you have been checked out and they have given you the all clear it would be more than their job was worth to send you home if they did not feel everything was ok

Are you getting any help with your anxiety ? speak with your Doctor about how you feel and see what they can either give you medication wise or maybe some therapy would be a good idea even if you have had some before it can still help
