what you're describing could be the beginning of a simple yet irritating cold/flu. The sensation of fainting could come from the fact that you have a cold, or it could be from you feeling anxious, but i cannot tell you which. Just try to relax, it isn't anything sinister. Take some tablets, rest up, hydrate yourself and you'll be okay. Deep breaths
