It's amazing how we all share the same symptoms at some point with this Anxiety/panic disorder.

Young and old , men and women who come from different countries multiple background and life experiances are stricken with Similar symptoms . After routine medical clearance they label it anxiety and medicate to suppress the symptoms. This band aid approach simply is not working. We need to peruse the cause which seems to be physical in origin but as yet not identified.

I tell my husband about things others write and how similar we ALL are.....he is "my rock" but doesn't truly understand the hold that fear has on me because he has never experienced it. I guess we are the chosen few? Another day of waking with fear and of course my irregular heart rhythm. I don't want to die but it would end the fear.

New medical discoveries seem to be linking anxiety to our gut bacteria. So I'm eating natural yoghourt 'til it's coming out of my ears!

Hahaha! I may be right behind you. That is interesting if it's true. People that change their diets usually don't have anxiety symptoms any more so it makes sense.
