Cold hands/feet

Does anyone else get cold hands/feet? It's one of the symptoms that has cropped up recently for me.

I get this every time i get anxious. I went to a psychologist about a year ago when i was having bad anxiety and he told me that happens because all of your heat is going to your core as a result of a fight or flight reaction

I only got this once I developed diabetes, nothing to do with anxiety but that might just be me
