Yes it is basically an antihistamine like Benadryl So it may make you tired. It did nothing for my anxiety but that is my experience and we are all different so try it and see!

I have so many other problems that I'm scared to take meds, because I afraid of the side affects.

I take it now and again but never does anything for my anxiety. Just makes me tired.
