Hi there all....I wanted to say hi to everyone and if there are any of you that suffer with PTSD that causes severe anxiety day in day out? I haven't long been diagnosed with PTSD but I've suffered with severe anxiety since 2005. I am pleased to meet you all here. Regards Jo-Anne

There are many many of us I'm sure. Also hello to you . Stay strong.
Yes, me too. The anxiety comes and goes as well as depression. Ptsd has become manageable, it's not everyday anymore. When the ptsd hits hard anxiety usually stands out among the rest. I feel ya.
