So again I am having speech problems I forget say the wrong word I stutter and I don't know why but it drives me nut because I feel like something is wrong with me please help

My doctor says is my anxiety but I don't feel anxious when that happens

Yes I have had memory issues and trouble finding the right words, cognitive impairment also. The medical experts say it's anxiety/depression.
