At 14 you should not be on Health Unlocked and it really worries me how many underage members we seem to be getting and how many underage members Admin seem to be leaving on here because above all I worry about your safety especially with you been underage , so please whatever you do never arrange to meet anyone you come across on these kinds of sites or give your personal details to anyone and also let an adult know and monitor you on sites you join, dealing with your anxiety is important but your safety is even more important so make sure you stay safe

This can be a common thing especially around the time of your periods

Have you got a close enough relationship with your Mum or any other female adults you can speak to , family or friends to discuss this with ?

Your other option would to be going and asking your Doctor which would give you peace of mind
