Try some magnesium. This helps with heart palpitations. Do not take magnesium oxide. Citrate of magnesium works better. Just start off with low dosage and find right dosage for you. Too high dosage can cause diarrhea and/or upset stomach. Magnesium will calm you and help you sleep. I have read that we don't get enough magnesium because our soil is so depleted today. Hope this helps. You can get powdered magnesium that you mix with water that works faster than pills. You can buy on line or at health stores.
