Im having so much skipped heartbeats I'm beyond stressed lacking sleep and worrisome.

Just relax to the best of your ability. It's just symptoms of anxiety. You will live, you will be just great. You can't allow the symptoms to get you worked up. Just breathe, relax and pray. Tell yourself, it's just anxiety and it will not kill me. Sending HUGS your way. Be blessed!

Try some magnesium. This helps with heart palpitations. Do not take magnesium oxide. Citrate of magnesium works better. Just start off with low dosage and find right dosage for you. Too high dosage can cause diarrhea and/or upset stomach. Magnesium will calm you and help you sleep. I have read that we don't get enough magnesium because our soil is so depleted today. Hope this helps. You can get powdered magnesium that you mix with water that works faster than pills. You can buy on line or at health stores.

I do take a supplement with calcium magnesium and vitamin d form

I took pills too but found the powdered magnesium citrate to work faster and better for me. Hope you feel better soon.
