Chest pains 🙄

When I have them even the smallest chest pain it scares the living hell out of me. I sit here and think is this just anxiety or something more serious?? That's why anxiety sucks because you start to panic I think I've gotten better I try not to focus on them because if I do I get more worried. Of all the anxiety symptoms I have the chest pains are the worst, shortness of breath is second!! 😟

same with me. I am very sensitive to even a small twitch, tremor and etc. Then i tend to think over them....

best thing as you have mentioned is not to think over them again and again.
