Head pressure conflict

everyday for the past 4 years, I have a constant pressure in my head mainly the lower part , some days it's so bad, I find it difficult to concentrate and get very agitated easily, I honestly don't understand what it is, does any one else get this I am so confused and unsure what to do

Me every day for 2 years straight, on some level even subconsciously its stress/anxiety manifesting itself physically, take a look at the areas of your life that may be making you unhappy or stressing you out, for me head pressure was the first early warning sign of alot worse to come as I didn't know what it was and developed health anxiety which has now led me into a right mess of physical anxiety, take the warning shot now.

I could be wrong but that's my take on it, it did effect my concentration at work a bit sometimes etc.

Hi matermix , I have had anxiety on and off now for over 20 years . It did esculate 4 yrs ago when my dad passed to cancer , well , that awful head pressure , foggy head , headache and rapid heart beat has returned back 😒. Thought I had it under control ? . Boy it makes me so tired too . I do have a chronic illness but my head feels like it's going to burst . I have done nothing in the last 4 days due to lethargy . I am not agitated but hiding away .. Wished I knew what to do myself

Do you clench your jaw? I do this and it has caused tmj disfunction. One of the main symptoms of this is a tension headache. Hope you get some relief soon x x
