I started taking Sertraline 2 months ago & since then have had mild diarrhea almost constantly. Mentioned this to my GP & she said that she hadn't heard of this as a problem with Sertraline before. Has anyone else suffered this? Or can I start researching IBS!?

Diarrhea is a side effect! Look it up and it will be one of the first symptoms listed. I've been on Zoloft doe the last 2 months as well but on a very low dose. Luckily it hasn't affected my stomach too much but there are days when it gets funky.
