Anxiety feeling like my throats is tight all the time

I keep getting this it scares me and my chest feels uncomfortable anxiety is so horrible I hate it x

I went to the gym today. I stopped exercising because I felt dizzy. Chest discomfort. Horrible horrible.

Hi Saz12345, as long as you get scared, anxiety has won and will keep tormenting you. It's a thought that promotes the physical sensations. Sooo, if we stop the thought in it's tracks by accepting that it is anxiety, it will become weak and eventually lose it's strength. That is how we stop the physical symptoms that come along for the ride. When your throat feels tight and your chest feels uncomfortable, know that it is coming from tightened muscles due to fear. Nothing more, nothing less. Breathe Saz....Relaxxx

Thankyou so much for your reply why does it do this when I get the slightest pain in my chest I think it's my heart my left side of my chest always feels uncomfortable keep feeling dizzy will this ever sort it's self out Xxx
