Dimes and anxiety

Hi everyone, I hope all is well. As for me I had a full blown panic attack today on my way to work😥! I'm currently working two jobs just to keep busy and I think its taking a toll on me as of today! I've been going through some stressful situations lately and my anxiety is thru the roof😦! But for that last past month or so I've had the weirdest thing happen to me. Long story short , I've been finding dimes everywhere! At first I thought it was just a coincidence but then it kept happening! I find them everywhere u could possibly think of! Is this a sign of some kind or have anyone ever experienced this! Its mind boggling and I need some answers . I wanted to Google it but I'm trying to stay away from Dr Google 😆
