It's been a while. I have been off of this site simply because I forgot my password. Haha!
Anyway, last October I decided to go to a psychiatrist for a proper treatment of anxiety. And so he gave me meds, paroxetine and bromazepam. It worked like miracle for me. Most of the symptom is gone. But this week, chest heaviness and upper body pain came back. I hate this. Haha
