Headaches

Hey guys so got back from the eye doctor everything is okay. Does anyone have any solution to headaches or tension headaches because I get them and I think it's from stress or anxiety and they're really annoying

That's good news about your eyes, T123, your anxiety led to an exaggerated response and you frightened yourself half to death just as weall do. As far as tension headaches are concerned one method I have used is to imagine there is a muscle in your brain and imagine that muscle relaxing and going limp and hold that feeling. Also try to accept the headaches as a symptom of anxiety, don't start imagining it's something else because it's not, just accept them knowing they can do you no harm. By accepting them you stop producing the tension that causes headaches. Although common painkillers only relieve the pain but not the problem you'd have to be less than human not to take one occasionaly.

That's great news about your eyes at least it's something you don't have to worry about anymore. I've just taken up meditation which might be something to try to help relieve the anxiety & stress. As for headaches I'm sure anadin or someone do pain pills for tension headaches. Hope you feel better soon.
