Todays Day 3 of citalopram last night had a horrible headache it was bad not sure if it was from the medicine or if it was from stress and anxiety b.c i do get headaches just from that. I slept okay woke up a few times but got a good 7 hrs sleep. Its hard to tell what are side effects and what is anxiety induced i guess it really doesn't matter. Going to continue to take the medicine hopefully i will start to feel better soon. I haven't felt a difference in my mood as i know it will take a few weeks. Im staying positive and hopeful.
