Well for the past month it started with hyperventilating or deep breathing all day for 3 days it's been a month my anxiety has just been crazy ever since my breathing feels so weird now like I take deep breaths and it just feels different I've had a chest x-ray it came back normal I've been having allot of symptoms and just scared I was walking at the park practicing deep breathing and Ii felt like I was going to pass out blurred vision weak hand and confused I just have so many symptoms I worry about everything

Try to remember that they are ONLY symptoms of anxiety and cannot hurt you. Worrying about them is why they keep coming back. When you worry and are afraid your body produces adrenaline which creates more of the symptoms.

You are going to be OK. I know it's hard right now, but it won't last forever. Take it one day at a time. Be nice to yourself. Get plenty of rest. Keep practicing beep breathing. And exercise - take a 30 minute brisk walk everyday. Exercise produces serotonin in your brain that makes you feel better.
