In 4 weeks on Zoloft feel a little better but still anxious today I felt dizzy out of nowhere and felt like I was going to pass out... how can I tell if my symptoms are anxiety or something else I am so tired of feeling this way.

These meds can take an average of 6-8 weeks to kick in fully so maybe wait it out til then and if no different then talk to your dr. Hopefully he gave u a benzo to help u through this period. I only use it when I really need it once every couple weeks or so but that just knowing I have it if I need it makes me feel better. Just a thought!

I have been on Zoloft for 5 weeks now. I think the dizziness is the anxiety. My dr told me that the anxiety is the last symptom to improve. I have had horrible anxiety about taking the medicine. I have thought every symptom I have had is a side effect but I am coming to realize anxiety causes most of the symptoms. Otherwise how is the Zoloft helping? What dose are you taking?

I been on 25mg do you think this is normal the dizziness now at 4 weeks my doctor said is my anxiety
