Hi sfqueen, haven't switched from Prozac to sertraline myself but did take sertraline for a while. Made me feel sick, no appetite and sleep disturbance. However I percivered and I was fine on them after that. They really helped my anxiety. It's a bit different for you because your withdrawing from one and having the side effects of the new medication!!!😞 Try not to worry and if you are you can always ring your surgery and ask them.

It took about 2weeks, to start to feel better and gradually it got better from then on in. Make sure you take them on a morning as they do disturb your sleep.the sick feeling does wear off. We are all different so if your concerned just ring your doctor and ask for advice.
