Sick to death of it

I'm at the end of my tether now. Even something small like going up the stairs and my heart rate goes up. I can hear it and feel it. But is that coz I'm now paying attention to it whereas before I wasn't? I'm sorry this sounds terrible but I cannot wait to be put out of this constant misery!

I went through this for a few months it goes away eventually try to ignore it . I eventually got back running again etc I thought there was something wrong with my heart because it was always beating crazy for the little movement
