So I just wanted to ask. Can over breathing cause chest tightness and breathless feeling? I just notice that every day I seem to be over breathing so I keep yawning to take a deep breath or just take a lot of deep breathing in general so I just thought could my chest tightness come from that? And the breathless feeling?

You know I have that same issue I try to keep calm and take a couple deep breaths. I don't know if its all in my head or what. I take Klonopin. 5 MG which to me is nothing I use to take 1 MG but the Dr I am seeing now says .5 is the most I can take. I hope you start feeling better.
