Stomach pain

Hey guys suffering with anxiety and was just curious if anyone experiences any stomach or digestive issues due to anxiety?

Frequently passing stools and have excessive gas and mild stomach cramps/dull pain I have been physically examined (hand examination of the stomach area for tender pain etc) and all seemed well

Yes all the time. I have constant knot feeling in my upper stomach, almost like i'm always tensing my stomach muscles. My doctor examined me and sent me on ultrasound and everything was fine.

My stomach feels bad. I do not feel pain. but I feel discomfort that I get to go to the bathroom. anything I eat I feel full all day. I feel that my belly swollen.
