We hear you Redwoodie, hang in there, I've heard many people say they often feel at their worsed on waking up including myself, try and let it pass if you can, stay focused xx

Hi Redwoodie, hope your feeling a bit better!! Mornings are awful for most people!! Being aware of that is a good starting point because you can develop a routine!! You could perhaps get up, have a drink. Take the dog out and put some earphones in while you walk and listen to some music that makes you feel happy👍😀 I get up, and always plan the start of my day, it gives me focus and purpose and stops me dwelling on things I shouldn't 🙏🏻
