Tight throat

Hi does anybody else wake up with a tight throat feelin then struggle 2 drop bk off 2 sleep?? Or have weird dreams then wake up think wtf i werent here a second ago

I wake feeling like my heart has stopped and that I haven't taken a breath in a while. I have the tight feeling in my throat when I'm awake. It seems to ease off when I lay down so I figure it's something to do with the muscles and stress. I apologise if it is of no help for me to tell you that.

HI Mouley I have that issue too and it stinks . I have panic attacks every day . I wish I ciould meet u in person and give u a hug and help u with this issue. I work for DDS here in Massachusetts and am here to support u in any way that I can
