Nervous Tummy w/ Anxiety?

Does anyone else get that feeling where your stomach just kinda feels icky? A little bit of nausea here and there or that feeling of just feeling kindof sick?

You do work your way through a huge variety of symptoms, all of which sound anxiety induced. Introspection and health anxiety seems to ruining your life.

What not try to deal with it rather than keep querying new symptoms

Yes I get that I feel like I want to throw up stomach has a weird feeling so uncomfortable.

It's one of the very common symptoms of anxiety its normal Think how many times you have heard people say 'I feel sick with nerves" Use one of your lovely oils and rub your tummy slowly starting at the bottom up round under your ribs and back down clockwise It will soothe any tummy troubles and relax you xx

Uh, yes that is a big sign of anxiety, I was having it everyday but the past week has been better, doctor brought my effexor xr down to 37.5 mg and had me start taking it in the morning, I take mine close to 1000 am. I make sure I have something in my stomach since all meds seem to cause nausea, usually I have Greek yogurt with banana. My doctor said it can interior your sleep if you take it at night, I also take an acid reducer medicine, just remember it works best on an empty stomach usually a half hour before a bigger meal. Same time everyday . I also love to draw or do it stuff so I bought an adult coloring book for relaxation and a word search book, keeps your mind busy. I also realize when I have my mind busy on other things my stomach stops hurting.
