Pain/fullness behind eyes

Anyone ever get a feeling of fullness and even sensitivity behind their eyes as an anxiety symptom? I've had this since last night and it won't go away the muscles in my brows and forehead are so tense and I tried massaging them and it didn't help.

tablets once that made my eyes very sensitive to light. And movement. ...

That would make sense but I'm not on any meds actually.
