Slow recovery

Hi everyone it's been a while since I've visited the forum as I have been feeling much better. Today was bad though and I think it's because I drank a red bull both yesterday and today and have not slept well the last 2 nights due to my 2 year old waking frequently. I'm silly I know energy drinks are bad and I usually stay away but I was so tired and I really needed to function.

Anyway as I said I've been feeling so much better but I still do have residual symptoms however I've been very good at brushing them off, the thing that is bothering me is the slow process of recovery I'm a lot better but still not my old self and it's starting to bother me when will I be 100% back to normal I'm coming on 2 years since it all started and I'm over it I wish more then anything to feel the way I used too.

Can anyone relate?
