Can't sleep

Not sleeping well always worry I'm having a heart attack or a stroke I don't get it. For the last week I been getting muscle cramps in my arms my left one is worse my shoulder is very tense I can't sleep some gel plz does anyone else get this way I wanna give up on life

Since you are tense, this might be causing the cramps. I get tense around my chest and back, it'll ache for days. Stress can also cause these muscle cramps. When you get a muscle cramp it's best to move it and it should help with the pain.

If you are struggling to sleep, I use lavender oil and resuce remedy. I use herbal remedies as I don't want to be on medication.

Good reply from Reba. I would just like to add that that our thoughts can be positive or negative. If you think either way, your body will respond. If you fear something, you build it up, you give it energy, you make it important. I learned that there is a mind body connection, each thought creates a physical response - good, bad or indifferent! Change your thoughts and you change the response. It works because I have been doing this for some time now since I learned it and it has helped amazing - but like skill it takes a bit of time to learn, so persevere.
