Health anxiety

Does anyone else totally obsess over there heart? Is it beating too fast or slow, always checking pulse etc? I'm pretty sure I have cardiophobia!

Some years ago now my first Health Anxiety was my heart and that was due to my Dad having a massive heart attack which he is no longer here but he did not die with a heart attack either it was something else but non the less it planted the seed and it grew and I spent years waiting , assessing my heart and what it was doing and because I never dealt with it as there was no support like there is now eventually my Health Anxiety gave up on a heart attack idea but it had been collecting loads of other Health Anxiety fears which one by one tortured me and made me so much worse , so I do relate to you obsessing and I have every faith your heart is fine but I do urge you to get some support get some therapy even if you have already had some get some more because I would hate for someone else to waist all the years I did
