dear gold fish i have strong anxiety im thinking always about cancer,because of many symptoms. So there any one get cancer after strong anxiety.

There are plenty of people with cancer phobia (worrying about getting cancer, but all investigations negative). But many cancers are now cure able but worrying about cancer is worse as you are your own worst enemy and there is no easy cure!
