My chest keeps hurting had about 5 ekg this year should I worry

I was just about to post about this! I have a feeling like a muscle spasm in my chest all throughout the day!

How old are you? Probably nothing to worry about, seriously! You need to realize first and foremost that it is ONLY anxiety. And I know it sounds like, "what do you mean ONLY!" I know, but seriously, once you realize that you are not going to die and you are not in any danger to your health, it helps. This happened to me for the last week I felt so weak and something was just really wrong. I almost went to the ER but I go so much I thought I'd save myself the embarrassment. I realized it's just constant anxiety attacks. And I realized it is no way to live and I needed help. You need therapy sweetie, seriously. You need to get to the bottom of why you're having so much anxiety. And if you already know, even better. A therapist can help you find healthy outlets, breathing excersizes and relief strategies. For now, breathe. Again, breathe. I looked up this breathing routine where you sit with your back straight, legs crossed, or whatever is comfortable, but not laying down. Breathe in your nose, make sure your stomach fills up, not your lungs first. Then out your mouth only, at a steady pace and watch your stomach deflate. Get that full breath. As you go, try and think of something that makes you happy, and with every breath try to imagine all the good rushing in, then all the bad rushing out through your toes. Your mind is very powerful!! The tension in your muscles caused by anxiety can give you pain, particularly in the shoulders neck chest.. but anywhere. If you have been checked by a Dr you must try so hard to believe it is anxiety

Mommysangel is right, as soon as you believe it's anxiety it gives you chance to get to the bottom of it, it is no way to live, and in the meantime the relaxtion exercises are the best thing to relieve the awful symptoms an anxious mind can create.
