Some symptoms

Throbbing sensation in the hands,feet- tingling fingler,arms- pulsating in legs,feet,body- Throbbing tongue- burning sensation in different places of the body- sore body all over-tight head,pressure- sinus pressure- dizziness-muscle spasms- racing heart beat- I have all of these symptoms .

Have same issues for over the last 6 years with no help from medical dr at all ...are you taking any meds

I had anxiety for years but since i got sick and had surgery this past week i now have full blown anxiety panic attacks i just deal with it it scares me alot but i just give my self a pep talk.. it wont kill me,i have been through alot in my life and i survived it all and i can get through this.. when i have the symptoms of an anxiety panic attack i do my best to pay no mind to it

No meds no insurance.. i just deal with it on my own it hard but its ok because i am a recovering addict.. i got addicted to pills first then i went to hard drugs so im glad i dont take any med's
