I'm scared! Im thinking it's a stroke !!

Right now I'm scared to sleep because I feel weak and I feel like my heart isnt beating right, and I have short breathe ....

I keep trying to "faint" But I keep waking up and I'm so scared cause what if I close my eyes and never wake up!!!! I wanna live ....please any advice ....

You will live!!!! Nothing is going to happen to you at all. It's anxiety and panic lying to you. I had the same thing for about 2 months and like once a month now every now and then and have to remind myself it's anxiety. Our bodies are made to survive. We are built to survive! You are going to be just fine David

Same was happen to me but once I convinced myself. That I was alright. With dying. Mine stopped. It helped me it might help u
