Thinking about mistakes

I have a habit of constantly thinking about the mistakes that I have made which has happened in the past. I would be sitting doing something or watching TV then I would feel a bad memory coming to my mind and then I would start dwelling on it. I would be fine one minute then the next I'm sad. Is there a way to stop me from thinking about the past because it bugs me a lo

I have the same problem. Try meditation and positive affirmations. It seriously helps.
