Sounds like this has become a habit created by your anxiety if you have had the all clear from your Doctors but breaking the habit is what is needed and as you say you are obsessing over it which will make matters worse but not easy to stop
You need to try & distract yourself from these thoughts , even challenge them by saying well what is the worse that can happen ( which will be nothing ) but if you can eliminate the fear it will lessen the anxiety and symptoms

Just wanted to say that I too have these feelings. Although I have never actually retched I feel like it. I feel sick almost every day and have terrible muscles aches and pains all over...the retching feeling feels as though it would be the the pinnacle of all these feelings, as if I retched I would feel better...I know I am not describing this very well at all
But my sister went through the same thing years ago and she was retching, I couldn't understand it at all at the time, but now I know what she felt like. I just have to try and ignore it. My tummy is upset a lot too (nervous) I think, so consequently I am in and out of the loo a lot of days and this makes me feel sick.
I cope day to day with it, knowing that for my sister it stopped one day and I know it will for me and you.
Just wanted you to know that you are not alone with this
