I tried a chamomile tea with black tea in it.. Big no lol

But I'm sure the chamomile by itself in a tea is calming

I drink a cub every night before i go to bed. No milk no sweetner. I allow it to steep for 5 minutes. It does actually work just makes me feel calmer easier to fall asleep.

Yes, takes a little getting used to. Adding a little honey in it is good.

I leave the teabag in the cup to get more flavour, but most people remove it after 3-5 minutes.

It is nice in evening before bed.

I also drink Tulsi green tea in the morning. Which I love.

Yes, and it does have a calming effect. I drink it lunch time then have a little naughty nap! Probably better at bedtime but it makes me need the loo if I have it then and I have enough probs. with that!!!

Chamomile tea is good in its calming effect but I can't ever seem to get used to the flavour of it. Rooiboos is pretty good too - I like it with honey and my daughter also adds lemon juice. I do find that being off normal tea (tea with caffeine) is in itself a great help :-)

YES IT IS TO HELP YOU RELAX AND SLEEP

I love chamomile tea at bed time, with a tiny bit of honey. Very soothing.
